CCNA provides the installation, configuration and troubleshooting information that technical support staff need to install and configure Cisco products sold in a two-tier distribution system. Lectures and labs are provided to enhance understanding of the products and best tailor them to customer requirements.

The CCNA curriculum includes basic security threat mitigation, an introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills.
