There are no formal prerequisites for the CCNA 200-301 exam. However, a basic understanding of computer networking and some experience with IP addressing is helpful. Our course is designed to take you from beginner to certified professional.
How long does the CCNA course take to complete?
Our instructor-led program typically takes 12 weeks to complete, with classes held once or twice a week. Self-paced students usually finish within 3 to 6 months, depending on their study schedule.
Is the exam voucher included in the course fee?
Yes, for our Instructor-Led and Premium plans, the official Cisco CCNA 200-301 exam voucher is included in the price. The Self-Paced plan does not include the voucher.
Can I attend the classes remotely?
Absolutely! All our classes are 100% online and instructor-led. We use high-quality video conferencing tools to ensure an interactive and engaging learning experience.
What happens if I fail the exam?
Our Premium plan includes a “Second Shot” exam voucher at no extra cost. For other plans, we offer discounted retake vouchers and additional 1-on-1 mentoring to help you pass on your next attempt.

Yes, we partner with Afterpay and Zip to offer interest-free payment plans. You can also pay via bank transfer or credit card.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, upon finishing the course and passing our final practice exam, you will receive a digital certificate of completion from CCNAcertification.au.
How do I access the 24/7 virtual labs?
Once you enroll, you will receive login credentials for our virtual lab environment. You can access it through any modern web browser, allowing you to practice on real Cisco hardware anytime, anywhere.
Is the course content updated for the latest exam version?
Yes, we constantly update our curriculum to reflect the latest Cisco exam objectives (currently 200-301). Our materials are always current and relevant.
